Justice must be resolutely at the service of the population and it must be organized in a democratic and transparent manner.
It must be impartial and easy to access, strictly granting the same treatment to everyone, regardless of their social condition or their origin. The same principles apply to the police which must be close to the population. Officers must be able to benefit from a salary and working conditions adapted to the level of difficulty of their work.
